Locked out of the Courts: A Used Car Buyer's Plight

Catchy Billboard Attracting Public Attention to Used Car Buyer's Plight

Victim of forced arbitration's story on YouTube watched by over 550,000 viewers

Used car buyer Jon Perz of San Diego has been waiting since 2007 just to get a hearing over the unsafe lemon used car he bought from Mossy Toyota in San Diego.  To help raise public awareness about his ordeal, and how consumers are losing their rights,  Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety put up an eye-catching billboard -- right next to the dealership that sold him the unsafe lemon.   Here's a short YouTube video about his ordeal, that has already attracted over 550,000 viewers:

If you agree this is outrageous, and it's high time for the dealer to refund Jon's money and stop taking away its customers' Constitutional rights, through "arbitration" clauses hidden on its contracts, please sign Jon's petition on Change.org and help spread the word.

PS According to the Better Business Bureau, auto dealers are the #1 most-complained-about businesses in the country.  Last year alone, over 1,534,000 consumers filed complaints with the BBB about new car dealers, and another 1,982,000  complained about used car dealers.
