Worst Corporate Conduct of 2018

Corporate misconduct was rampant in 2018 with energy companies that denied their role in climate change, a university and sports program that failed to protect students and athletes from sexual assault, unscrupulous student lenders, defective airbags, child slave labor, and corporate attempts to rig justice. In each instance, the civil justice system has allowed Americans to hold bad actors accountable and change the way they do business.
